Yes. Orders are shipped in generic packaging. The outside of the package does not show the words “Kind Stranger,” and shipping labels do not say Kind Stranger.

Do you offer refunds?

Kind Stranger does not offer refunds. We are unable to offer the return of any funds once they have been accepted by Kind Stranger.

What happens if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If we determine that we made a mistake or the product you received is defective, we may offer store credit or a replacement product. Any store credit is issued in CAD. Please contact us so we can review the issue.
