We take customer questions, concerns, and order issues extremely seriously and will always do everything in our power to make things right when there is a problem. It should be noted that KIND STRANGER does not offer refunds. We are unable to offer the return of any funds once they have been accepted by KIND STRANGER. If we determine that we made a mistake or the product we sent you is defective, we will be happy to offer you a store credit or replacement product. Any store credit is issued in CAD.
