SHIPPING

Our packages are shipped to you wrapped in a generic mailing bag. Nowhere on the outside of your package will you see the words “KIND STRANGER” Our shipping labels do not say KIND STRANGER, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discrete. We do not ship to anyone under the age of 19 years old. KIND STRANGER reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances. We ship all products from British Columbia to anywhere in Canada.

Orders are shipped by Xpresspost and a tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area. See the shipping times below.

Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging up and creating orders. Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get that order packaged and sent to you. Orders are generally shipped out within 48 hours of being placed. In rare holidays or special sales cases, processing times can be between 3-5 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or packaged on Canadian holidays and other instances in which the postal services are closed. Shipping times do not guarantee package arrival dates as some rural areas may take longer to reach.

BROKEN ITEMS

DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT

Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Your order will not leave the warehouse until we receive your e-transfer.

* Please note that we can take up to 40 minutes to receive your E-transfer.

CANADA POST

All of our packages are shipped through Canada Post. In the event that a package goes missing, we will do our best to rectify the situation with them, and we will launch an investigation. Any Credits for lost or missing packages will be managed on a case-by-case basis, and Kind Stranger Reserves the right to refuse to provide credit if a package is lost or stolen.
